Item 5.02. Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.

 

The Chairman of the Board of Directors has accepted the resignation of Chief Executive Officer, Zel C. Khan, effective September 1, 2021. Mark M. Allen has been promoted from President to Chief Executive Officer effective September 1, 2021.
