The registrant has experienced delays in completing its Annual Report on Form 10-K for the year ended December 31, 2022, within the prescribed time period, without unreasonable effort or expense, due to delays caused by filing the Form 10-Q for the nine months ended September 30, 2022 only recently.
The Company does not plan to file its Annual Report on Form 10-K for the year ended December 31, 2022, on or before the fifteenth day following the prescribed due date but plans to file as soon as possible.
