Subsequent Events [Text Block]	NOTE 7. SUBSEQUENT EVENTS In October 2012 the Company purchased 20,000 shares from an unrelated party for $5,000. In November 2012 the Company and Kingman Operating Company, Inc, a related party, amended their agreement relating to the 300 acre lease such that the Company issued Kingman 400,000 shares of its restricted common stock, valued at $280,000, for the option to acquire the lease at any time on or before January 31, 2012 for $920,000.
