SUBSEQUENT EVENTS	NOTE 6. SUBSEQUENT EVENTS On May 4th 2012, the Company filed a certificate of amendment to its Articles of Incorporation with the State of Colorado to change the name of the Company to Rockdale Resources Corporation. During April 2012 the Company sold: 1,000,000 shares of its common stock to a group of private investors at a price of $0.40 per share. 3,253,850 shares of its common stock to a group of private investors at a price of $0.10 per share. 4,510,000 shares of its common stock to a group of private investors for a total amount of $_______. During April 2012 the Company repurchased 9,173,500 shares of its common stock from an unrelated third parties for $225,000.

NOTE 6. SUBSEQUENT EVENTS

On May 4th 2012, the Company filed a certificate of amendment to its Articles of Incorporation with the State of Colorado to change the name of the Company to Rockdale Resources Corporation.
